Apple Watch Ultra 2 launched in new Black Titanium version, and Titanium Milanese Loop band, Starting at Rs.89,900 in India

Apple launched the Apple Watch Ultra 2 in a single Natural Titanium colour last year. Now, the company introduced a new black titanium version of the smartwatch at its event. The black titanium finish is achieved through a custom blasting process, and a diamond-like carbon physical vapour deposition coating over the grade 5 titanium makes it scratch-resistant and durable. The back crystal is made from matching dark zirconia.

To complement the black finish, the Trail Loop, Alpine Loop, and Ocean Band have been updated with a black hardware option alongside the natural titanium variant.

Apple also introduced the Titanium Milanese Loop, the first metal band for the Apple Watch Ultra, inspired by the mesh historically used by divers. Designed for water activities, it provides lightweight comfort and elegance for any occasion. Available in both natural and black finishes, the band is made from the same aerospace-grade titanium as the case, making it lightweight and corrosion-resistant. The custom process includes weaving, flattening, laser welding, grinding, and polishing the titanium wire into precise interlocking lozenge shapes, featuring a secure dual-button parachute-style buckle ideal for water sports.

Additionally, the all-new Apple Watch Hermès Ultra 2 combines the durability and features of the Ultra 2 with a nautically inspired band and an exclusive Hermès watch face.

The Apple Watch Ultra 2 in black titanium is priced starting at Rs. 89,900, and the Watch Ultra 2 with the new Titanium Milanese Loop is priced at Rs.1,04,900. Pre-orders are available today on apple.com/in/store, with official availability starting on Friday, September 20.
