HONOR 100 Appeared on Geekbench with new Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, 16GB RAM, Android 13

    Honor 100 geekbench score listing launch soon.

    Qualcomm introduced the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, serving as the successor to last year's Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 few days ago. HONOR has officially confirmed that this chip will power its upcoming HONOR 100 series phone, scheduled for unveiling on November 23rd.

    Recent findings on a Geekbench listing have revealed key performance details for the HONOR 100, identified by the model number MAA-AN00. Notably, the information confirms the inclusion of 16GB of RAM and the utilization of Android 13 as the operating system for the phone.

    As a quick reminder, the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 boasts Kryo CPUs, comprising a 2.63 GHz prime core based on ARM Cortex-A715, three performance cores with ARM Cortex-A715 architecture clocked at up to 2.4 GHz, and four efficiency cores featuring ARM Cortex-A510 architecture clocked at up to 1.8 GHz.

    The phone achieved an impressive score of 1139 points in single-core and 3375 points in multi-core performance, surpassing the HONOR 90, which, powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1, recorded a single-core score of 1088 and a multi-core score of 3142. Nevertheless, the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 stands out with significantly higher scores, reaching the 1600+ range in single-core and 4100+ in multi-core on the Geekbench 6 benchmark.

    During its unveiling, Qualcomm pledged a 50% improvement in GPU performance compared to the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1. In contrast, the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 committed to doubling the performance compared to the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1.

    Meanwhile, the HONOR 100 Pro, identified by the model number MAA-AN10, emerged on Geekbench, showcasing a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC with notable scores of 1882 in single-core and 4923 in multi-core. Additionally, it features 16GB of RAM and operates on Android 13.
