HONOR 400 Series to be launched on May 22 Globally; Expected 1.5K OLED display, Snapdragon 7 Gen 4/Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC
HONOR has officially announced that the HONOR 400 series smartphones will launch at an event in London on May 22nd. A teaser reveals the presence of a 200MP ultra-clear AI camera, highlighting the series’ focus on advanced imaging capabilities.
The visuals show two models—the HONOR 400 with a dual rear camera setup, and a Pro variant with triple rear cameras, likely including a telephoto lens. Design-wise, the standard HONOR 400 features a flat display, while the Pro model sports a curved screen.
According to earlier leaks, the HONOR 400 is expected to feature a 6.55-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of up to 5000 nits. It may be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip and include a 200MP main camera, 12MP ultra-wide camera, IP65 water and dust resistance, and a 5300mAh battery.
The HONOR 400 Pro is rumored to offer a slightly larger 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with the same refresh rate and brightness, a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, a 200MP main sensor, 12MP ultra-wide lens, a 50MP telephoto camera, and a 5300mAh battery with support for 100W fast charging.
Both devices are expected to ship with AI-powered features such as Google Gemini, Circle to Search, AI Summary, AI Superzoom, AI Portrait Snap, AI Eraser, and more.

The event will begin at 4 PM BST (8:30 PM IST), and HONOR is likely to live-stream it. Pre-registrations are already open in the UK, with a countdown indicating sales will begin shortly after launch.
HONOR is also teasing a launch in Malaysia, and reports suggest an Indian release could follow soon. Madhav Sheth recently confirmed that HONOR has secured approval to launch five products in India.
