HONOR 500 and HONOR 500 Pro with 200MP camera, Snapdragon 8 series SoC teased ahead of launch

HONOR has officially unveiled the design of its upcoming HONOR 500 series, which includes the HONOR 500 and HONOR 500 Pro, successors to the HONOR 400 series launched earlier this year.
HONOR 500 Pro -

The HONOR 500 Pro will feature a 200MP portrait camera system and a crystal-clear flat display. The design showcases a metal frame and an AI button positioned below the power key on the right side.
The device will be available in Aquamarine, Starlight Pink, Obsidian Black, and Moonlight Silver colours, and will be offered in 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, 16GB+512GB, and 16GB+1TB configurations.
HONOR 500 -

The standard HONOR 500 will share a similar design and display, but with a slightly different camera placement. It will also come in the same colour options, with 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, and 16GB+512GB variants.
For the first time, HONOR has confirmed that the entire HONOR 500 lineup will be powered by Snapdragon 8 series chipsets, as revealed by a company game R&D engineer.
The HONOR 500 series is scheduled to debut in China later this November, with the exact launch date expected to be announced soon.
