HONOR 600 and HONOR 600 Pro launched Globally with 6.57-inch 1.5K 120Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 7 Gen 4/Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, 200MP camera
HONOR has launched its latest smartphones in the HONOR 600 Series, the HONOR 600 Pro and HONOR 600 in the global markets, with Malaysia becoming the first country to receive the new lineup. The series includes the HONOR 600 Pro and the standard HONOR 600, both bringing flagship-grade hardware and new AI imaging features to a more accessible segment.
Camera and Imaging -
Both models are equipped with a 200MP primary camera featuring a 1/1.4-inch sensor, complemented by a dedicated Night Engine that enhances low-light performance and optimizes exposure.
- HONOR 600 Pro - Comes with a 50MP telephoto lens supporting up to 120x digital zoom, along with CIPA 6.5-rated image stabilization
- HONOR 600 - Offers a telephoto setup with up to 30x digital zoom
AI Image to Video 2.0 -
The series also debuts HONOR’s AI Image to Video 2.0, powered by a multi-modal video generation model that enables on-device video creation.
- Multi-Image to Video - Allows users to combine up to three photos to generate short 3–5 second videos using natural language prompts
- Custom Prompts - Users can enter text descriptions to shape the storyline of generated videos
- Templates - Includes a library of pre-designed templates with built-in camera movements and visual effects
Processor and Performance -
The HONOR 600 Series brings Snapdragon Elite-tier and Gen 4 processors to the N Series for the first time.
- HONOR 600 Pro - Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Mobile Platform, delivering up to 45% better CPU and 44% improved GPU performance over previous generations
- HONOR 600 - Equipped with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, offering 27% CPU and 30% GPU performance gains
The Pro model also features an advanced cooling system, including a large 5,219 mm² 3D vapor chamber—the biggest in HONOR’s lineup—along with a 12,000+ mm² high-performance graphite layer for efficient heat dissipation.
Display Technology -
Both devices sport a 6.57-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate and an impressive peak brightness of up to 8,000 nits. They incorporate HONOR’s Eye Comfort Display technology, featuring 3,840Hz PWM dimming and intelligent colour tuning to minimize flicker and reduce eye strain. A dedicated Sunlight Mode further enhances visibility outdoors.
The series also features ultra-slim black bezels, measuring just 0.98mm.
Battery and Charging -
The HONOR 600 Series is equipped with a large 7,000mAh silicon-carbon battery for extended usage. Charging features include:
- 80W wired HONOR SuperCharge
- 27W wired reverse charging for powering external devices, including iPhones
Additionally, the HONOR 600 Pro supports 50W wireless fast charging.
Durability -
The devices are built with enhanced durability, becoming the first in the N Series to achieve an IP69K rating for resistance against dust and high-pressure water. They also carry IP68 and IP69 certifications, along with an SGS 5-star Drop & Crush certification for improved impact protection.
