HONOR Magic8 series to be launched on October 15, along with MagicPad 3 Pro, and MagicOS 10
HONOR has officially confirmed the launch of its next-generation flagship smartphones, the HONOR Magic8 series, at an event in China on October 15. Alongside the new phones, the company will also unveil the HONOR MagicPad 3 Pro tablet and the latest MagicOS 10 platform.
HONOR Magic8 Series -
HONOR previously revealed that the Magic8 series smartphones and the MagicPad 3 Pro tablet will be the brand’s first devices powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 mobile platform.
A global variant of the HONOR Magic8, carrying the model number BKQ-N49, recently appeared on benchmark listings. The listing confirmed 12GB of RAM and Android 16-based MagicOS 10, along with impressive performance scores.
The Magic8 series will be available in Black, White, Gold, and Cyan color options. The Pro variant is expected to feature a 200MP main camera sensor, while the standard and Pro models will support 90W and 120W wired charging, respectively.
HONOR MagicPad 3 Pro -
The MagicPad 3 Pro tablet will sport a 13.3-inch 3.2K (3200 × 2136 pixels) eye-protection LCD screen with a 165Hz ultra-high refresh rate. It will be backed by a 12,450mAh battery and run MagicOS 10, offering cross-platform interconnection that allows seamless data transfer between iOS, HarmonyOS, and Android ecosystems.
It will also support a smart touch keyboard and a free-form stylus, enhancing productivity and creativity. The tablet will incorporate HONOR’s self-developed E2 energy-efficient chip and will be available in Starry Gray, Floating Light Gold, and Moon Shadow White color options.
