HONOR MagicPad 3 Pro launched with 13.3-inch 3.2K 165Hz display, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, 12450mAh battery
HONOR has launched its latest flagship tablet, the HONOR MagicPad 3 at its launch event in China, as promised. The tablet features a 13.3-inch 3.2K LCD screen with a 91% screen-to-body ratio, 3:2 aspect ratio, and an industry-leading 165Hz refresh rate. It also offers 1100 nits peak brightness for an immersive viewing experience.
The display supports a 270Hz touch sampling rate, hardware-level DC dimming, and several AI-based eye protection features, including AI defocus and dry-eye protection, natural color adjustment, motion sickness relief, and AI sleep aid display. It has also earned IMAX Enhanced and HDR Vivid dual certifications. The tablet runs MagicOS 10.
Powering the MagicPad 3 is the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, making it the world’s first tablet to feature this latest flagship chipset. It incorporates the HONOR Phantom Engine 3.0, a two-way gas-liquid circulation ultra-thin stainless-steel VC cooling system with a total heat dissipation area of 65,485mm², and introduces PC-level Q-Sync technology for smoother visuals.
In terms of cameras, the tablet sports a 13MP main camera and a 2MP macro camera on the rear, along with a 9MP front camera for video calls. It houses a 12,450mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging, 23W wired reverse charging, and is powered by HONOR’s in-house E2 energy efficiency chip and Dujiangyan AI power management system for optimized power performance.
