Huawei Mate XTs tri-fold Phone to be launched on September 4th with New colors, Stylus support, up to 1TB Storage
Huawei is preparing to launch its next tri-fold smartphone in the Mate XT series, the Huawei Mate XTs tri-fold phone on September 4 in China, along with the MatePad Mini. Ahead of the launch, the company has released a series of teasers highlighting the foldable’s design and confirming several new features.
One of the key reveals is the introduction of two fresh color options. Unlike last year’s Mate XT, which came only in Red and Black, the Mate XTs will also be available in Hibiscus Purple and White. The teasers further confirm that the device will support stylus input, expanding its versatility for productivity and creative use.
The foldable has already gone live for pre-reservation on Huawei’s official online store in China, where all four color variants are listed: Dark Black, White, Hibiscus Purple, and Ruihong Red. The store also details three memory configurations — 16GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 1TB.
Under the hood, the Mate XTs is rumored to be powered by the Kirin 9020 SoC, which may include support for satellite connectivity. In addition, the upcoming foldable is expected to bring enhanced rear cameras while maintaining a similar price point to its predecessor.
More specifications and launch details are likely to surface in the days leading up to its official debut.
