LG has begun the global rollout of its compact 4K Ultra Short Throw (UST) projector, the CineBeam S (model PU615U), following its debut at CES earlier this year. Succeeding the CineBeam Q, this new model is designed to offer a space-saving yet high-quality home entertainment experience.

Utilizing UST technology, the CineBeam S can project a 40-inch image from just 8.1 cm away and scale up to a 100-inch display at a distance of 39.3 cm. Its compact form factor—measuring 110×160×160 mm and weighing only 1.9 kg—makes it ideal for small spaces, eliminating the need for complex mounting or long throw distances.

Running on LG’s webOS smart TV platform, the CineBeam S provides access to popular streaming services. It supports connectivity through one HDMI port, two USB Type-C ports, and wireless options such as AirPlay 2 and Screen Share for easy pairing with smartphones, tablets, and PCs.
