    Micromax Canvas Tab P650 Launched

    Micromax has launched its first tablet in the Canvas Series, the Cavas Tab P650 featuring an 8-inches (1024 x 768 pixels) 4:3 resolution akin to the first-gen iPad, and powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor running Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. The highlight however is that the Canvas Tab supports 3G via inbuilt SIM Card slot and can be used for making and receiving voice calls.

    There's a 5 megapixel primary camera capable of 720p video capture and a 2 megapixel front facing camera for video calls over 3G or Wi-Fi. Micromax has also included a few bundled apps like Spuul for movues, Music Hub and M!Live for games and video downloads. The Canvas Tab P650 also comes with the M!Security app using which you can track your phone online. There are the usual gimmicks included here as well, including pause when looking away while playing a video, video pinning, pop-up browser.

    The Canvas Tab P650 from Micromax, will be available in both Black and White colors for Rs. 16,500 and will be available both online and offline starting today.
