Moto pad 70 Groove launched in India at an effective price of Rs. 33,999 with 12.1-inch 2.5K 120Hz display, JBL 9-unit speaker system
Motorola has launched its latest entertainment tablet, the moto pad 70 Groove in India, following the launch of the Pad 70 PRO last month. Designed for entertainment enthusiasts, the new tablet focuses on delivering an immersive multimedia experience with a premium audio system, a large high-refresh-rate display, and a long-lasting battery.
Immersive Audio Experience
The standout feature of the moto pad 70 Groove is its 9-unit JBL Pro Speaker System tuned with Dolby Atmos. The setup includes four tweeters, three woofers, and two passive radiators, complemented by Hi-Res Audio certification for enhanced sound quality. The tablet can also double as a standalone Bluetooth speaker when connected to a compatible smartphone.
Display and Performance
The tablet features a 12.1-inch 2.5K LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision, HDR10 support, and up to 800 nits of peak brightness for an immersive viewing experience.
Powering the device is the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 processor, paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage, providing smooth performance for entertainment and everyday tasks.
Battery and Charging
The moto pad 70 Groove packs a large 10,200mAh battery with support for 45W TurboPower fast charging, ensuring extended usage with quick recharge times.
Design and Software
The tablet features a built-in 360-degree Kickstand 2.0, allowing hands-free viewing at multiple angles. It comes with an IP52 rating for dust and splash resistance and runs Android 16 out of the box.

Pricing and Availability
The Moto Pad 70 Groove is available in the PANTONE Blue Surf colour and is priced at Rs. 36,999 for the 8GB + 256GB variant. The tablet will go on sale from August 7 through Flipkart, motorola.in, and leading retail stores across India.
Customers can also avail a Rs. 3,000 instant bank discount with select bank cards, bringing the effective price down to Rs. 33,999.
Motorola has also confirmed that the Moto Pad 70 will officially launch in India on August 8.
