Moto X70 Air to be launched in October-end with “Air with AI” Design

Lenovo has confirmed that the Moto X70 Air, the company’s latest addition to the Moto X70 series, will launch in China by the end of October, branded as “Air with AI.” Teasers highlight a slim, lightweight design with AI-focused features.

The phone features volume and power buttons on the right side, while the rear is expected to have two or more cameras, accompanied by a noticeable camera bump. The device also sports a metal frame, and while the teaser shows a green variant, additional colors are likely.

During the Snapdragon Summit 2025, Motorola was announced as a partner for the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, suggesting that the Moto X70 Air could be powered by this chipset.

The 8 Gen 5 is built on the TSMC N3p process, similar to the 8 Elite Gen 5, and features a self-developed Oryon CPU architecture with clock speeds of 3.8GHz + 3.32GHz. Some of its IP and GPU architecture are also expected to remain the same.

No further details about the Moto X70 Air have been disclosed yet, as the launch is still over a month away.
