Motorola has launched its latest addition to its North American smartphone portfolio, the Motorola Edge (2026), succeeding last year’s model. The new smartphone combines premium features with enhanced durability, bringing upgraded AI-powered experiences, a redesigned camera system, and a compact yet rugged construction.

The Motorola Edge (2026) features a slim and lightweight design aimed at improving portability. This generation introduces a new PANTONE Martini Olive finish, highlighted by a textured rear panel inspired by twill fabric patterns.

Despite its sleek profile, Motorola has reinforced the device with several durability enhancements:

• IP68 and IP69 Certification: Provides resistance against dust, dirt, sand, and water immersion.
• MIL-STD-810H Compliance: Built to withstand accidental drops, environmental stress, and extreme operating conditions.

The Motorola Edge (2026) packs a 5,000mAh battery, which Motorola claims can deliver up to two days of typical usage on a single charge.

• 60W TurboPower Wired Charging: Capable of delivering enough power for a full day of use in around seven minutes.
• 15W TurboPower Wireless Charging: Recharges the battery to usable levels in approximately 34 minutes.

The Motorola Edge (2026) is scheduled to go on sale starting June 11.

• In the United States, the unlocked version will be available through Best Buy and Motorola.com at a suggested retail price of $599.99 (approximately Rs. 57,230). The smartphone will also be offered by Verizon from launch day, with additional availability through AT&T, Cricket Wireless, Spectrum Wireless, and Xfinity Mobile in the weeks that follow.
• In Canada, the Motorola Edge (2026) will be available from June 11 via Motorola.ca. The device is also expected to arrive at select Canadian wireless carriers shortly after its initial release.
