Motorola Razr 40 launched in India at Rs.59,999 with 6.9-inch foldable 144Hz OLED display, Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC
Motorola also launched an affordable foldable smartphone the Motorola Razr 40 in India along with the Razr 40 Ultra. It has a 6.9-inch screen with a 144Hz refresh rate and a 1.4-inch cover screen QuickView pOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 7 protection. It runs on the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor with up to 12GB RAM, up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage, and is based on Android 13.
It has a dual rear camera setup where a 64MP primary camera along with a 13MP ultra-wide camera can also shoot macro images, and the rear camera is also used as a selfie with the help of a cover screen. It has a 32MP inner punch-hole selfie camera.
The hinge of the device has been subjected to a rigorous testing process of 400,000 opening and closing cycles. Additionally, like the Razr 40 Ultra, it securely holds the display at various angles, ranging from 45° to 120°. The phone has a 7-series aviation aluminum frame, and it is powered by a big 4200mAh battery that supports 33W TurboPower fast charging and also supports 5W wireless charging.

The Motorola Razr 40 comes in Sage Green, Summer Lilac, and Vanilla Cream colors with a vegan leather finish and the price is Rs. 59,999 for 8GB RAM with 256GB storage version. It will be available from Amazon India, motorola.com, and Reliance Digital offline starting from July 15. The customers will get Rs. 5000 off (razr 40) with ICICI bank cards, and Jio benefits worth Rs. 15,000
