OnePlus Ace 3 (OnePlus 12R) Surfaced Online in Gold Color; Expected to be launched on January 4th
OnePlus has initiated the promotion of the upcoming OnePlus Ace 3 through images ahead of its anticipated launch in China, slated for January 4th. The showcased image features the phone in the distinct "Mingsha Gold" color, acclaimed by the company as the most exceptional hue for the OnePlus Ace 3.
The device boasts a metal middle frame and employs a gold-melting glass technique, as described by Louis Jie, the head of OnePlus China. Jie explained, "While maintaining the glass's sheen, we craft a metallic sensation that significantly differs from it. Its production cost surpasses that of conventional glass technologies."
The inspiration for the "Mingsha Gold" color draws from the earth, embodying a romantic and elegant aesthetic with a visually appealing appearance and robust performance, according to Jie. There are speculations about additional color options, namely Iron Gray and Cool Blue.
Jie has already confirmed that the OnePlus Ace 3 will debut with a groundbreaking 1.5K "X1 (Oriental) Screen." It is slated for a global release under the name OnePlus 12R, scheduled for January 23rd.
Previous speculations have hinted at notable features, including a 6.78-inch 1.5K 1-120 Hz display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, up to 16GB RAM, up to 256GB storage, a 50MP IMX890 primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, a 2MP macro lens, a 16MP front camera, and a robust 5500mAh battery with 100W SuperVOOC fast charging.
