OnePlus Ace 5 could launch in December with 6.78-inch 1.5K 120Hz 8T LTPO AMOLED display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC
OnePlus Ace 5 details specifications surfaced online, including its display and SoC back in August. Now, the same source, Digital Chat Station, suggests the smartphone may launch in China in December. This points to a potential global release, including India, as the OnePlus 13R, likely set for January 2025 alongside the OnePlus 13.

The OnePlus Ace 5 is expected to feature a 6.78-inch 1.5K BOE X2 8T LTPO flat display, a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, a 50MP main camera, an alert slider, and a large 6500mAh battery supporting 100W fast charging. Unlike the OnePlus 13's ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, the Ace 5 will reportedly use an optical fingerprint scanner and retain the 50MP main, 8MP ultra-wide, and 2MP macro cameras found in previous Ace models.
OnePlus Ace 5 Pro -
The OnePlus Ace 5 Pro is expected to include a telephoto camera, the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, and a 6200mAh or 6300mAh battery. It is also rumoured to be released in December, an early launch compared to the Ace 3 Pro, which debuted in June. However, this model is anticipated to remain exclusive to the Chinese market.
