OnePlus N6 Lite launched in India at Rs. 16,999 with 6.75-inch 120Hz display, 7000mAh battery
OnePlus has officially launched its latest mid-range smartphone in the New N series, the OnePlus N6 Lite in India, as it had announced. It focuses on extended battery life, durability, and a responsive high-refresh-rate display.
Key Specifications and Hardware
The OnePlus N6 Lite is centered around a 7,000mAh battery, which the company claims can provide up to three days of typical usage on a single charge. Based on OnePlus’ internal usage figures, the battery can support up to approximately 55.5 hours of voice calls, 29.9 hours of navigation, or 26.8 hours of continuous video playback.
The handset also supports wired reverse charging, allowing the battery to be used to power compatible accessories and other devices. OnePlus rates the battery to maintain more than 80% of its original capacity after 1,600 charging cycles, equivalent to roughly six years of use.
Display, Build, and Software
The smartphone features a 6.75-inch HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 900 nits of peak brightness. OnePlus has equipped the panel with Aqua Touch technology, enabling the touchscreen to continue registering inputs when the surface is affected by moisture, water droplets, or oil.
Although the phone houses a large-capacity battery, its body measures 8.95mm in thickness and weighs around 215 grams. The device also carries MIL-STD-810H military-grade certification, offering added protection against accidental drops, impacts, and everyday physical stress.
- The software experience includes several features designed to maintain performance and improve usability. The 36-Month Fluency Protection system uses system-level optimizations intended to minimize performance deterioration over three years.
- For photography, the 13MP primary camera can produce 50MP images through High-Res mode and is accompanied by AI-based tools including AI Clear Face for group portraits and AI Eraser for removing unwanted objects.
- The N6 Lite also comes with Google Gemini integration, providing AI-assisted functionality for tasks, information searches, and related workflows.
