OPPO K13 Turbo and K13 Turbo Pro launched with 6.8-inch 1.5K 120Hz OLED display, Dimensity 8450/Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 SoC, Active cooling fan
OPPO has launched its latest smartphones in the K13 series, the OPPO K13 Turbo and K13 Turbo Pro smartphones in China, as promised. Both models feature a 6.8-inch flat 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and pack high-end internals with a focus on performance and cooling.
While the K13 Turbo is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 (seen earlier in the Reno14 Pro), the K13 Turbo Pro debuts the new Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 platform in OPPO’s lineup. Both phones are equipped with a 50MP main camera, a 16MP selfie camera, and a 2MP depth sensor.
The phones are powered by a 7000mAh battery that supports 80W SuperVOOC fast charging, and are built using a composite glass fiber back with a metallic 3D-cut texture.
A standout feature of the K13 Turbo series is the integrated active cooling fan powered by OPPO’s Rapid Cooling Engine, which the company claims is its most advanced smartphone air-cooling system to date. The system utilizes a large airflow design with an L-shaped ultra-low resistance air duct and a micro centrifugal fan, resulting in a 120% increase in airflow and 20% better heat dissipation. A turbo breathing light activates when the cooling system is in use, adding a visual element to the performance setup.
The cooling module is 70% more compact, weighing just 2.8 grams, which allows the phone to be 0.4mm thinner while maintaining the same battery size, or to accommodate a 600mAh larger battery without increasing thickness. Impressively, despite housing an active cooling system, the phone still supports IPX6, IPX8, and IPX9 ratings, making it the world’s first fully waterproof smartphone with air-cooling technology, offering resistance to hot water, full immersion, and water spray, according to OPPO.

The OPPO K13 Turbo is offered in Black, White, and Purple color options, while the K13 Turbo Pro is available in Silver, Purple, and Black. Both smartphones are now open for pre-order and will officially go on sale in China starting July 25th.

It is priced at 349 yuan (approximately USD 48 / ₹4,190), but buyers can avail it for a discounted price of 299 yuan (around USD 41 / ₹3,590) when purchased alongside the K13 Turbo series smartphones.
