OPPO Watch X3 launched with 1.5-inch LTPO OLED screen, Snapdragon W5 chip, titanium case, eSIM support

OPPO has expanded its smartwatch lineup with the launch of the OPPO Watch X3 in China, unveiled alongside the OPPO Find N6 foldable smartphone. The Watch X3 combines a premium build, advanced health monitoring features, comprehensive fitness tracking, and extended battery performance.

Design and Display -

The Watch X3 features a case and bezel crafted from TC4 aerospace-grade titanium alloy, designed with twelve precision-polished high-gloss facets. Only the case and bezel utilize TC4 titanium, making the watch 16% lighter and 6.4% slimmer for improved wrist comfort without interfering with clothing.

It is equipped with an ultra-clear sapphire crystal lens (Mohs hardness rating above 8) and a 1.5-inch LTPO display delivering up to 3000 nits peak brightness — a 36% improvement — ensuring excellent visibility even under direct sunlight. The TC4 titanium alloy offers a strength rating of 950 MPa. The device carries IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance and has successfully passed 16 MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability tests.

The segmented bamboo-style strap is made from ultra-soft fluororubber with metal connectors. It is available in Cosmic Star Orange, Infinite Titanium, and Gravity Black color options.

In terms of battery life, OPPO claims:

• Up to 16 days in long battery mode

Health Tracking -

The Watch X3 offers a hypertension risk assessment feature that conducts a non-invasive seven-day evaluation, developed in collaboration with Fuwai Hospital. According to OPPO Health Lab data (March 4, 2026), 52,842 users participated, with 44.7% of high-risk individuals identified as being under 35 years old.

Additional health features include:

• A 60-second health check covering 14 key indicators
• ECG, skin temperature sensor, 8-channel heart rate monitoring, and 16-channel blood oxygen sensing
• Real-time glucose monitoring through compatible glucose meters
• Class II medical-grade software certification for ECG and sleep apnea detection, developed in partnership with Peking University Medicine, Zhejiang University, Fuwai Hospital, and Shenzhen People’s Hospital

The smartwatch supports:

ColorOS Watch 16 -

Running on ColorOS Watch 16, the Watch X3 enhances smartphone connectivity with smooth performance and deep integration features such as modular customizable watch faces, progress notifications, two-way phone finding, multifunction NFC, AI-powered transcription and summaries, gesture controls, and dual Android and iOS compatibility.

The Watch X3 also delivers full standalone functionality without requiring a smartphone. It supports WeChat messaging, eSIM calling, voice assistant access, Alipay payments, and real-time navigation. Additionally, it can function as a digital car key, enabling remote unlocking, trunk access, air conditioning control, and voice commands for supported vehicle brands including Li Auto, Zeekr, BYD, and Changan.

The OPPO Watch X3 is priced in China as follows:

• Cosmic Star Orange and Infinite Titanium variants – 2,799 yuan (approximately USD 402 / Rs. 37,170)
