Realme 16 Pro Series to Debut “Urban Wild” Design in Collaboration with Naoto Fukasawa

realme 16 Pro Series Urban Wild design teaser India.

Realme has announced a renewed partnership with renowned industrial designer Naoto Fukasawa for its upcoming realme 16 Pro Series, after teasers. Building on earlier collaborations for the realme X, X2 Pro, and GT lineups, this latest effort debuts a fresh design direction called “Urban Wild Design.”

    Design philosophy and materials -

The realme 16 Pro Series adopts a design approach that fuses natural textures with contemporary urban styling. According to the brand, the Urban Wild concept brings nature-inspired tactile elements—such as the feel of wheat fields and river-smoothed stones—into the smartphone’s design.

A standout highlight is the use of a bio-based organic silicone material, produced from renewable plant-derived straw. This material is said to deliver a soft-touch feel while remaining durable, with added resistance to aging, stains, bacteria, and everyday wear.

The phones also feature an “All-Nature Curve” design, forming a seamless flow from the rear panel to the display. Despite these refinements, the device retains a slim 8.49mm profile.

    “Master Design” colour options -

The realme 16 Pro Series will launch in four carefully crafted colour variants with multi-dimensional colour tuning, with availability differing by model:

realme 16 pro Master Gold India.

    • Master Gold - Inspired by wheat textures; available on both the realme 16 Pro+ and realme 16 Pro

realme 16 Pro Master Grey India.

    • Master Grey - Reflecting river-polished pebbles; exclusive to the realme 16 Pro+

realme 16 Pro Camellia Pink Orchid Purple colors India.

    • Camellia Pink - Influenced by Indian festive flowers; exclusive to the realme 16 Pro+
    • Orchid Purple - Inspired by the vibrancy of Indian celebrations; exclusive to the realme 16 Pro

    Camera module and build -

On the rear, the device showcases a “Metal Mirror Camera Deco” finished using luxury PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) technology to achieve a glossy, mirror-like effect. A nanoscale metal coating is applied to improve scratch resistance.

The camera system sits within a “Volcanic Camera Deco” design that blends into the back panel and is complemented by a metallic mid-frame, creating a balanced contrast between texture and structure.

    Availability -

Realme has confirmed the inclusion of LumaColor IMAGE technology and the Urban Wild design language for the realme 16 Pro Series. While an official launch date has not been announced yet, the lineup is expected to debut in early January 2026 and will be available on Flipkart
