Samsung has launched its latest budget 4G smartphone under the A series, the Galaxy A08 in Ukraine, succeeding last year’s Galaxy A07. The new model features a 6.7-inch HD+ LCD screen with an Infinity-U notch that houses an 8MP front-facing camera.

The Galaxy A08 continues to use the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset and runs Android 16 with Samsung’s One UI 8 interface. Samsung has also confirmed an impressive software support policy, with six generations of OS upgrades and six years of security updates.

For photography, the smartphone is equipped with a 50MP primary rear camera paired with a 2MP depth sensor. Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 6,000mAh battery, and support for 25W fast charging. However, the charger is not included in the retail box.
