Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 FE Appeared on SGS Fimko with 900mAh Case Battery; Launch Expected Alongside Galaxy S25 FE
Samsung was developing two new budget-friendly wireless earbuds back in June, according to rumors. One of them, the Galaxy Buds Core, is expected to be the most affordable in Samsung’s lineup and has already seen limited regional releases. The other model, the Galaxy Buds3 FE, will serve as a mid-range offering positioned below the Galaxy Buds3.
The Galaxy Buds3 FE have now received SGS Fimko certification in Europe, confirming a significant upgrade in battery capacity over their predecessor, the Galaxy Buds FE launched in 2023.
Each Buds3 FE earbud packs a 100mAh battery, up from 60mAh in the original Buds FE, while the charging case now holds a 900mAh cell, up from 479mAh. This translates to a 66% increase in earbud battery capacity and an 87% jump in case capacity, likely leading to a noticeable improvement in battery life.
In terms of design, the Buds3 FE will take cues from the premium Galaxy Buds3 Pro, though they’ll feature an all-plastic construction and a unique panda-like color scheme. Given their Fan Edition (FE) branding, it’s likely that the Galaxy Buds3 FE will launch alongside the upcoming Galaxy S25 FE.
