Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge Copilot+ PC launched with 14/16-inch 3K AMOLED 120Hz display, Snapdragon X Elite processors
Samsung Electronics has unveiled the Galaxy Book4 Edge, the latest generation of AI-powered PCs. The Galaxy Book4 Edge, the first Copilot+ PC from Samsung, is available in two sizes: 14 inches and 16 inches. It features a sleek, premium design made from recycled materials including plastics, glass, and aluminum.
Galaxy Book4 Edge (14-inch) -
The 14-inch model is equipped with a 12-core Snapdragon X Elite processor, operating at 3.4GHz with a 4.0GHz Dual Core Boost. It includes 16GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD, expandable up to 1TB. Its 14-inch AMOLED touchscreen display boasts a 3K resolution (2880 x 1800) at 120Hz, HDR, VRR, and covers 120% of the P3 color gamut, with brightness reaching up to 500 nits.
Connectivity features include two USB 4 Type-C ports, HDMI 2.1, and a combo audio jack. The device weighs 1.17kg and is 10.9mm thick.
Galaxy Book4 Edge (16-inch) -
The 16-inch Galaxy Book4 Edge is offered in two versions. One has a high-end Snapdragon X Elite processor with a boost of up to 4.2GHz and 1TB of storage. The other features the same processor as the 14-inch model with 512GB of storage. Both 16-inch models share the same display specifications as the 14-inch model but are larger. Additional ports include a USB 3.2 Type-A and a microSD card slot. Both versions weigh 1.55kg and are 12.3mm thick.
Both sizes include a Qualcomm Hexagon NPU and a battery option of either 55.9Wh or 61.8Wh, with a 65W USB-C adapter. Additional features encompass a 2MP (1080p FHD) camera, dual microphones, quad speakers with Dolby Atmos sound, and a Pro Keyboard.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 7, and the laptop runs on Windows 11 Home. It comes with Samsung Knox security and Microsoft Secured-core PC out of the box, along with Copilot+ features like Recall, Live Captions, and Cocreator, as well as select Galaxy AI features.
