Samsung has officially confirmed that the Galaxy M47 5G will launch in India on June 29, following teasers. The latest addition to the Galaxy M series is aimed at users seeking a balanced combination of entertainment, gaming performance, and long-lasting battery life in the mid-range smartphone segment.

Performance and Hardware

The Galaxy M47 5G is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor, built on an advanced 4nm architecture. Samsung has paired the chipset with LPDDR5X RAM to deliver faster data access, smoother multitasking, and improved power efficiency during everyday and intensive workloads.

To enhance thermal management, Samsung has integrated a Bypass Charging feature. During gaming sessions, this technology directs power straight from the charger to the device’s hardware instead of charging the battery, helping reduce heat buildup and maintain consistent performance over extended periods.

Display, Battery, and Durability

The smartphone features a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, offering fluid scrolling, responsive touch interactions, and an immersive viewing experience for content consumption and gaming.

For added durability, the display is protected by Corning^® Gorilla^® Glass Victus^®+, which provides enhanced resistance against scratches and accidental drops.
