Sony Launches BRAVIA 5 Series 55″, 65″, 75″, and 85″ 4K Mini LED TVs in India with Advanced AI Processor XR, Dolby Vision, and Gaming Features
Sony has launched its new BRAVIA 5 series TVs in India, following the recent debut of the BRAVIA 8 II series. The BRAVIA 5 series is available in 55", 65", 75", and 85" screen sizes.
BRAVIA 5 Series Overview -
Powered by the Advanced AI Processor XR, the BRAVIA 5 series uses artificial and cognitive intelligence to analyze and enhance content based on how humans perceive visuals and sound. This results in more natural images and improved picture quality.
The series features XR Backlight Master Drive technology, which delivers brighter highlights and deeper blacks for an expanded dynamic range. Additionally, the TVs support Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, offering richer colors, higher contrast, and immersive spatial audio.
The BRAVIA 5 series also includes Studio Calibrated Mode, which reproduces content as originally intended by creators. It supports Netflix Adaptive Calibrated Mode, Sony Pictures Core Calibrated Mode, and debuts Prime Video Calibrated Mode—optimizing picture quality for movies, series, and live sports. Sony Pictures Core provides access to high-quality Sony Pictures movies with enhanced formats.
