Sony BRAVIA Professional Displays BZ-P Series Launched in India with BZ40P, BZ35P and BZ30P Models, 4K HDR and AI Features

Sony India has launched its new commercial display portfolio in the BRAVIA Professional Displays BZ-P Series, featuring 16 models across the BZ40P, BZ35P, and BZ30P series. Designed for professional applications, the lineup offers 4K HDR resolution in screen sizes ranging from 43 inches to 85 inches, while incorporating Deep Black Non-Glare technology, AI-powered XR image processing, and intelligent software features for commercial environments.

Sony BRAVIA BZ-P Series

Built for businesses, retail, corporate spaces, education, and digital signage deployments, the BRAVIA BZ-P Series focuses on reliable performance, installation flexibility, and seamless content management. Powered by Sony’s XR signal processing technology, the displays deliver enhanced image clarity, realistic colours, and improved contrast. Depending on the model, peak brightness ranges from 400 nits to 700 nits to suit various lighting conditions.

The lineup also incorporates Deep Black Non-Glare technology, which minimizes screen reflections while preserving contrast and image visibility. Premium models offer up to 47% anti-glare performance, while standard variants provide up to 25% anti-glare capability.

Design and Installation

The displays feature a slim, lightweight design with narrow bezels, making them suitable for single-display installations as well as multi-screen video walls. They support both portrait and landscape orientations, while centrally positioned VESA mounting points simplify installation. Additionally, the 75-inch and 85-inch variants include built-in carrying handles for easier transportation and setup.

Digital Signage and Software Features

Each display comes equipped with an integrated System-on-Chip (SoC), removing the need for external media players during digital signage deployments. Sony has also included a simplified setup interface to speed up installation, along with compatibility with leading Content Management Systems (CMS) for enterprise-level signage solutions.

Durability and Energy Efficiency

Selected models in the BZ40P and BZ35P series feature IP5X-rated dust resistance, making them suitable for demanding environments such as transportation hubs, retail stores, industrial facilities, and warehouses. The displays are engineered for continuous commercial operation.

To improve energy efficiency, Sony combines AI-based backlight management with a high-efficiency optical system, reducing power consumption by up to 31% compared to the previous BRAVIA BZ-L Series. The lineup is ENERGY STAR certified and is awaiting EPEAT certification. Select models also utilize SORPLAS recycled plastic and include an ECO Dashboard that helps monitor and optimize energy usage.

BZ40P Series – Premium Performance

The flagship BZ40P Series includes four models with display sizes ranging from 55 inches to 85 inches. These models deliver 700 nits of brightness and feature Deep Black Non-Glare Premium technology with up to 47% anti-glare performance.

Pricing and Availability

The Sony BRAVIA Professional Displays BZ-P Series will be available across India through Sony's authorized distribution network beginning July 14, 2026. The 16-model lineup starts at Rs. 1,40,000.
