Verizon starts rolling out Android 4.4.2 KitKat to the Galaxy Note II
There's something to cheer for Galaxy Note II users on Verizon, big red has just started rolling out Android 4.4.2 KitKat update for the uber phablet. The KitKat update brings the new Android core, updated lock-screen, updated notification icons and performance improvements.
Samsung has also blessed the Galaxy Note II with Knox 2.0 enterprise security software which includes two persona feature enabling you to use two separate profiles on the phone and TIMA real-time kernel protection against malware attacks.
You can wait for the update notification, or go into Settings -> About and check for updates.
