Vivo S30 and S30 Pro mini launched with 6.67/6.31-inch 1.5K 120Hz LTPO AMOLED screen, Snapdragon 7 Gen 4/Dimensity 9300+ SoC
Vivo has launched its latest smartphones in the S30 series, the Vivo S30 and S30 Pro mini in China as part of its S20 series lineup, fulfilling its earlier announcement. The standard S30 retains a 6.67-inch 1.5K 120Hz AMOLED BOE Q10 display, while the newly introduced S30 Pro mini, which replaces the previous S20 Pro, features a more compact 6.31-inch 1.5K 120Hz LTPO AMOLED screen.
Both models come equipped with a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP 3x periscope telephoto camera. Vivo claims that the S30 Pro mini is the world's first smartphone to receive SGS triple-proof certification.
The S30 is built with a plastic frame, whereas the S30 Pro mini sports a premium metal frame. They are available in four colour options: Cool Berry Pink, Mint Green, Lemon Yellow, and Cocoa Black. The S30 Pro mini also boasts IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
Under the hood, the S30 is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, while the S30 Pro mini uses the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+, the same processor found in the S20 Pro. Both devices are backed by a 6500mAh battery and support 90W fast charging.
