    vivo T5x 5G launching in India on March 17th with Dimensity 7400 Turbo SoC, 7200mAh Battery

    vivo has officially announced the launch of its upcoming T series smartphone, the vivo T5x 5G in India, scheduled for March 17th. It will succeed last year’s T4x 5G.

    The company has confirmed that the device will feature the segment’s largest 7200mAh battery and will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Turbo chipset, delivering strong performance. vivo claims it will be the fastest smartphone in the under Rs. 23,000 category, citing an AnTuTu score exceeding 1 million.

    Teasers showcase the phone in green and white color options. vivo has also confirmed an 8GB + 256GB variant, suggesting that 8GB + 128GB and possibly 6GB + 128GB models could also be available. The smartphone will come with IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. It will run Android 16 with OriginOS 6 out of the box.

    Following its launch, the vivo T5x 5G will be available via Flipkart, the vivo India online store, and offline retail outlets. Pricing details are expected to be revealed at the official launch next week.
