Vivo X200 FE Appeared on Geekbench listing with Dimensity 9300+ SoC, 12GB RAM
Vivo is preparing its first smartphone in the new FE series, the vivo X200 FE, which has appeared on the Geekbench listing with the model number V2503. Contrary to earlier rumors suggesting the Dimensity 9400e, the listing confirms that the phone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset.
The listing also reveals that the phone will feature 12GB of RAM and run Android 15 out of the box. It achieved a Geekbench 6 score of 2087 (single-core) and 6808 (multi-core) — numbers comparable to the recently launched vivo T4 Ultra, which uses the same processor.
Previous leaks suggest the X200 FE will sport a 6.31-inch 1.5K 120Hz AMOLED display, a 50MP Sony IMX921 main sensor, 8MP ultra-wide lens, a 50MP Sony IMX882 telephoto lens with 3x zoom, and a 50MP front-facing camera. The device is also expected to feature IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, along with a robust 6500mAh battery supporting 90W fast charging.
