Vivo X300 and X300 Pro launched in India starting at Rs. 75,999 with 6.31/6.78-inch 1.5K 1-120Hz LTPO AMOLED display, 200MP camera, Photography Kit
Vivo has launched its latest flagship smartphones in the X300 series, the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro in India, as previously announced. The vivo X300 features a 6.31-inch LTPO OLED display with 1.05mm ultra-narrow bezels on all sides. The X300 Pro features a larger 6.78-inch 1.5K 120Hz LTPO OLED screen, complemented by 1.1mm slim bezels. Both models utilize BOE’s Q10+ panel material and support full-brightness DC dimming, 2160Hz PWM dimming, a local peak brightness of up to 4500 nits, and a minimum brightness of just 1 nit.
Powering both devices is the new Dimensity 9500 chipset, which has achieved over 4 million points on AnTuTu 11. They come with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and run OriginOS 6.0 based on Android 16, with guaranteed updates—5 years of OS upgrades and 7 years of security patches. The phones also carry IP68 and IP69 ratings for enhanced dust and water resistance.
The X300 Pro is the first to feature a 50MP 1/1.28-inch LYT828 primary sensor. It also includes a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 200MP 1/1.4-inch Samsung HPB sensor for its 85mm periscope telephoto lens with telemacro. The Pro model uses vivo’s V3+ imaging chip and supports 4K HDR cinematic portrait video. Both phones include a 50MP front-facing camera.
The X300 is equipped with a 200MP main camera using a 1/1.4-inch Samsung HPB sensor, alongside a 50MP ultra-wide lens and a 50MP 1/1.95-inch LYT602 periscope telephoto camera with telemacro support.
This generation additionally introduces Zeiss 2.35x teleconverter support on both models, using 13 high-transparency glass elements and three ultra-low dispersion lenses for improved optical clarity.
The X300 houses a 6040mAh battery, while the X300 Pro offers a larger 6510mAh unit. Both devices support 90W ultra-fast wired charging, 40W wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging.
