Vivo has officially confirmed the launch of its latest flagship smartphones in the X300 series, the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro, in China, following rumors. The unveiling is scheduled for October 13th in China, just ahead of the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC announcement later today, which will power both devices.

Vivo’s product manager, Han Boxiao, said -

The vivo X300 series boasts invisible design technology, exemplified by its deco lens design, featuring suspended water droplets carved from cold-sculpted glass. While this powerful image is incredibly smooth under your fingertips, it’s completely painless.
The Lucky Color and Wilderness Brown color schemes are inspired by nature. Holding the real thing in your hand is both beautiful and subtly comforting. The velvety glass is clear, smooth, and non-slip, and even more comfortable than the images suggest.

    Camera & Hardware -

The X300 series also marks a leap forward in storage and imaging technologies. Vivo has confirmed that the phones will be the first to support dual UFS 4.1 4Lane, dramatically boosting read/write speeds for faster multitasking and smoother app usage.

For optics, the X300 Pro will feature Sony’s LYT828 main camera, while the standard X300 introduces the industry’s first 200MP HPB main sensor. Interestingly, the same 200MP HPB camera will double as the periscope telephoto sensor in the Pro model, promising unparalleled zoom clarity and detail. Both devices will also debut Ultrasonic Fingerprint 2.0, an upgraded in-display fingerprint technology offering improved speed and accuracy.

On the front, the entire lineup will feature a Zeiss co-engineered 50MP ultra-clear autofocus camera with a 92-degree wide-angle lens, ensuring sharp and detailed selfies, group shots, and video calls.

The vivo X300 is officially recognized as the successor to the X200 Pro mini, carrying forward its legacy while introducing a fresh identity. Despite the simplified name, it comes with a 6.31-inch 8T LTPO display, offering high efficiency, adaptive refresh rates, and crisp visuals.
