The vivo X300 features a 6.31-inch LTPO OLED display with ultra-slim 1.05mm bezels on all sides, while the X300 Pro retains its 6.78-inch 1.5K 120Hz LTPO OLED screen with 1.1mm bezels. Both displays use BOE Q10+ material, support full-brightness DC dimming, 2160Hz PWM dimming, and reach up to 4500 nits of local peak brightness, with a minimum brightness of 1 nit.

The X300 Pro debuts as the world’s first smartphone with a 50MP 1/1.28″ LYT828 main sensor. It also includes a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 200MP 1/1.4″ Samsung HPB sensor for its 85mm periscope telephoto camera with telemacro capability. Both devices feature a 50MP front-facing camera.
