Xiaomi 17 launched in India starting at Rs. 89,999 with 6.3-inch 1.5K 120Hz LTPO OLED display, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, Triple 50MP cameras
Xiaomi has launched its latest 17-series flagship smartphone, the Xiaomi 17 in India, alongside the Xiaomi 17 Ultra, following its global debut at MWC 2026 last week. The device sports a 6.3-inch 1.5K flat M10 LTPO OLED display with a 1–120Hz adaptive refresh rate. It features ultra-slim, uniform 1.18mm bezels and delivers peak brightness levels of up to 3500 nits.
It houses a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP primary camera with a 1/1.31-inch 1.2μm Light Fusion 950 sensor and f/1.67 aperture, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP 2.6x telephoto camera. All three cameras feature Leica Summilux lenses and leverage Xiaomi’s AISP 2.0 computational photography platform. On the front, the selfie camera has been upgraded from 32MP to 50MP.
Under the hood, the phone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, paired with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and a 3D IceLoop VC cooling system for improved thermal management. The Xiaomi 17 is equipped with a 6330mAh battery, supporting 100W Xiaomi Surge wired charging and 50W Xiaomi Surge wireless charging. It also offers PPS charging support.
