Xiaomi confirms Marshmallow update for the Mi 4 and Mi Note
Xiaomi's MIUI operations manager has confirmed that Android 6.0 Marshmallow update would be coming to the Xiaomi Mi 4 and Mi Note soon.
These would be first devices to get the update, and at present there is no word if any other device will be blessed with Marshmallow update. Xiaomi is one of the slowest OEM's to rollout Android updates, even their year-old flagship, Mi 4, is still running on Android KitKat.
Xiaomi recently updated its software interface to version 7, therefore we would see Marshmallow running with MIUI 7 on top. The company also made an announcement recently that you can run Windows 10 on your Mi 4, which you can read more about here.
