Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold, Pixel Watch 4, and Pixel Buds 2a May See Delayed Shipping After Launch

google pixel 10 series launch date global shipping delays.

The Google Pixel 10 series is set to launch later this month, but some devices may not be available right away. According to a report from German outlet WinFuture, select models in the upcoming lineup will see a delayed release post-launch.

The report indicates that the core models—Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, and Pixel 10 Pro XL—are expected to hit stores shortly after launch, with shipments starting from August 28, 2025. However, three other devices—the Pixel 10 Pro Fold, Pixel Watch 4, and Pixel Buds 2a—are reportedly set to arrive later.

These three products are expected to begin shipping only from October 9, 2025, marking a delay of approximately six weeks post-launch. While supply chain challenges have been cited, the exact reasons for the delay remain uncertain.

Potential Reasons Behind the Delay -

The Pixel 10 Pro Fold’s delay could be attributed to its advanced new hardware, including a revamped display, redesigned hinge, IP68 water resistance certification for the first time, and support for Qi2 wireless charging.

The Pixel Watch 4 may also be affected by internal hardware changes and a reworked charging system. Meanwhile, the reason for the Pixel Buds 2a delay has not been specified.

    What’s Next? -

With just over two weeks until the official "Made by Google" event on August 20, more details about shipping and availability may be revealed. Until then, the delays remain unconfirmed and based on insider sources—subject to change.
