Motorola edge 60 neo launched Globally with 6.4-inch 1.5K 120Hz pOLED display, Dimensity 7400 SoC, military-grade durability
Motorola has launched its latest smartphone in the Edge 60 series, the Motorola Edge 60 Neo in the Global Market, the successor to last year’s Edge 50 Neo. It features a 6.4-inch flat pOLED LTPO display with 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and up to 3000 nits peak brightness. Powering the device is the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 SoC, paired with 12GB of RAM.
In terms of optics, the phone retains a 50MP Sony LYT-700C main sensor, a 13MP ultra-wide camera with a 120° field of view and macro option, a 10MP telephoto lens, and a 32MP front camera. Video capabilities include 4K recording, Adaptive Stabilization for smoother footage, and a Portrait Mode with four focal lengths plus a Dynamic Bokeh effect offering six adjustable intensity levels.
Running on Android 15, the Edge 60 Neo promises 5 years of OS upgrades and 5 years of security updates. It also boasts IP68 and IP69 certifications for dust and water resistance, along with MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability. Battery capacity has been upgraded to 5000mAh (up from 4310mAh on the predecessor), with support for 68W wired fast charging and 15W wireless charging.
The device also debuts Moto AI, Motorola’s new AI platform. It enhances photography through a Photo Enhancement Engine that merges exposures and fine-tunes details, while also offering an AI-driven Signature Style preset designed in collaboration with professional photographers.
Beyond imaging, Moto AI powers features like Next Move, which interprets on-screen content (recipes, itineraries, etc.) to suggest contextual actions. Creative tools such as Image Studio enable users to generate images, avatars, and stickers, and the phone supports multiple integrated AI assistants, giving users flexibility in choosing their preferred AI companion.
