Now you can see bigger photos on Twitter
Twitter has just updated its web interface to show larger images. Given that we are attracted to images more than text, this would bring in more engagement.
The update has already rolled out and you can see the changes with both single and multiple image uploads. The new multi-photo viewer is similar to what we get on Facebook with larger images, although you don't have an option to select a cover photo yet and you can still upload a maximum of 4 images.
Twitter says that this would make your timeline more immersive, something which we have already seen with Facebook. Larger images increase engagement as well as time spent on a site.
