Moto G Turbo Edition launching in India this week: Here's everything we know
The Motorola Moto G Turbo Edition was launched in Mexico last month and is now coming to India this week. The Turbo Edition supports Motorola's fast charger and runs on a more powerful Snapdragon 615 SoC.
The teaser was posted yesterday, saying that it will be launched in 3 days, so we will see the new Moto G Turbo Edition on December 10th. Coming back to the specs, the Moto G Turbo edition comes with the same 5-inch 720p HD IPS Display with Gorilla Glass protection but now running on the more powerful Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor. It still comes with 2GB RAM, 16GB onboard storage packing a meaty 2470 mAh battery which now supports Motorola's Turbo Power Quick Charger.

The Moto G Turbo Edition is still IPX7 rated, meaning it can survive a dive in a pool. It has the same 13MP/5MP cameras, runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop and comes with dual-SIM 4G LTE support.
Pricing and Availability
At present apart from the teaser there is no word on availability or pricing. Pricing in Mexico, about $283, suggests that the Moto G Turbo Edition would be priced around Rs. 18,000 in India but prices are generally higher in South America. Moreover, the Moto X Play is being sold around the same price point with better specs, therefore we can expect the Moto G Turbo Edition to be priced somewhere around Rs. 15,000.
