OPPO K13 5G launched in India starting at Rs.17,999 with 6.67-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 SoC, 7000mAh battery
OPPO has officially launched its latest smartphone in the K series, the OPPO K13 5G in India, as previously promised. The device features a 6.67-inch FHD+ flat AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1200 nits peak global brightness. Under the hood, it’s powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM. The phone runs on Android 15 with ColorOS 15, and OPPO promises two major OS upgrades and three years of security updates.
To manage heat, the phone is equipped with a 5700mm² vapor chamber and a 6000mm² graphite sheet, ensuring efficient thermal performance. In terms of optics, the K13 5G includes a 50MP primary rear camera, a 2MP portrait sensor, and AI-powered tools such as AI Clarity Enhancer, AI Unblur, AI Reflection Remover, and AI Eraser. Other notable features include stereo speakers and an IR blaster.
For gamers, the K13 5G offers a dedicated antenna layout to prevent signal drop during horizontal use. It also includes AI LinkBoost 2.0, which leverages a 360° annular-ring antenna system and smart network switching to maintain reliable connectivity, even in challenging environments like basements, elevators, or crowded venues.
Design & Battery -
The Prism Black variant adopts a fragment cyber-style design, combining metallic elements, geometric patterns, and interlaced light effects to create a futuristic and competitive look. The Icy Purple variant draws inspiration from glaciers compressed under extreme conditions, with subtle purple hues and rhombic textures that resemble drifting ice.
Powering the device is a massive 7000mAh graphite battery, supported by 80W SuperVOOC fast charging, capable of reaching 62% charge in just 30 minutes. OPPO claims the battery will maintain over 80% capacity even after five years of use, ensuring long-term reliability and performance.
