POCO F7 Appeared on Geekbench listing Revealing Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 SoC, 12GB RAM
POCO is preparing to launch its next flagship smartphone in the F series, the POCO F7, which has appeared on the Geekbench listing with the model number Xiaomi 25053PC47G ahead of its India launch later this month. The device had also received IMDA certification last month.
As expected, the listing confirms the presence of the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 SoC. The phone achieved Geekbench 6 scores of 1937 (single-core) and 6021 (multi-core)—slightly below those of the iQOO Neo 10, which uses the same chipset.
It also reveals 12GB of RAM, indicating that the device might launch only in 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB variants. This aligns with a recent poll by POCO India head Himanshu Tandon, where 80% of voters preferred 12GB RAM. Tandon also teased the design of the POCO F7, calling it "so sick" and confirming that it will differ from the Chinese Redmi Turbo 4 Pro. Leaked live images show a distinctive design, reinforcing this claim.
In terms of specifications, the POCO F7 is expected to feature a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with ultra-slim bezels, a 6000 mm² dual-loop 3D ice cooling system, a 50MP + 8MP dual rear camera setup, and a 7550mAh battery with 90W wired charging support.
