Realme Buds Air8 Pro launched in India for Rs. 6999 with Dual-DAC drivers, LHDC, up to 55dB ANC

Realme has officially launched its latest flagship TWS earbuds, the realme Buds Air8 Pro in India, successor to last year’s Buds Air7 Pro, as previously announced.
Design
The realme Buds Air8 Pro has been co-designed by realme and renowned designer Naoto Fukasawa. The earbuds feature a distinctive mirror-inspired design along with a plateau-style lid and glossy stem finish, combining premium aesthetics with everyday practicality.
The earbuds come in Master Black and Master White color options and weigh just 4.8g per earbud. They also carry an IP55 rating for resistance against sweat, dust, and accidental splashes.
Audio Quality
The earbuds are equipped with a premium coaxial dual-driver setup consisting of an 11mm dynamic bass driver and a 6mm micro-planar tweeter. According to realme, the configuration is tuned to deliver deeper bass, enhanced treble clarity, and more detailed vocals.
To complement the hardware, the Buds Air8 Pro supports the high-resolution LHDC 5.0 Bluetooth codec for improved wireless audio quality.

ANC and AI ENC
The realme Buds Air8 Pro features up to 55dB Adaptive Active Noise Cancellation, which automatically adjusts the level of noise reduction based on surrounding environmental conditions for a more immersive listening experience.
For calls, the earbuds use a Voice Processing Unit powered by Bone Conduction Technology to accurately capture voice vibrations. Each earbud also includes a triple-microphone setup combined with AI-based noise reduction algorithms.
realme claims the system can suppress up to 90dB of surrounding noise, helping reduce traffic sounds and background chatter during calls.
Gaming and Connectivity
Gamers can take advantage of a dedicated Game Mode with ultra-low 45ms latency, designed to keep in-game audio synchronized with on-screen action in titles such as BGMI and COD Mobile.
The earbuds support the latest Bluetooth 6.1 connectivity standard for improved wireless stability and power efficiency. Additional features include triple-device connectivity, wear detection for automatic play and pause, seamless pairing, Google Fast Pair support, and custom pop-up animations for compatible Android and realme devices.
Battery Life
The realme Buds Air8 Pro packs a 62mAh battery inside each earbud along with a 590mAh charging case. The earbuds are rated to deliver up to 12 hours of playback on a single charge in Normal Mode, while the total battery life extends up to 50 hours with the charging case.
Fast charging support is also included, with a 10-minute Type-C charge capable of providing up to 11 hours of music playback.
