Samsung Galaxy Note 7 may not come with Android N at launch
Given that the Galaxy Note 7 (Samsung may be planning to skip Note 6 name) is about to launch in just a couple of months, we are going to get a lot more details before the phone becomes official.
Earlier we saw some leaked renders of the Note 7 and now, it seems it would launch running Marshmallow out of the box instead of Android N.
A possible prototype of the new Note (SM-N930A) was seen browsing the web and revealed in its User Agent profile that it ran on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. Google has said that Android N would be coming to us this summer, and seems, it will won't be ready for use on the Note 7 when it launches in August.
Nevertheless, Note 7 is going to be an all-around high-end affair with a quad-HD super AMOLED display, then there is talk of a dual-edged variant, Snapdragon 823, 6GB RAM and possibly a new camera sensor as well. Even though the Galaxy S7 at present has the best cameras on a smartphone, Samsung is said to be working on an even better camera sensor.
