Samsung Galaxy S III Neo running Android 4.4 KitKat goes official in Germany

After launching the dual-SIM Galaxy S III Neo (I9300I) in India, Samsung has gone official with another variant of the Galaxy S3 Neo I9301I in Germany with single-SIM slot and a faster processor. The new I9301I features a 4.8-inch 720p Super AMOLED display, 1.4 GHz quad-core processor with 1 GB RAM running Android 4.4 KitKat. There's an 8 MP camera at the back, 16 GB expandable storage and a 2100 mAh battery.

Samsung has included its KNOX security suite with the Galaxy S3 Neo as well. The Galaxy S3 Neo has been priced at EUR 270 (about $367 or Rs. 21,760) in Germany and will be available in White and Blue colors. At present there is no word if it will be available in other European markets.
