Xiaomi Pad 7 and Pad 7 Pro launched with 11.2-inch 3K 144Hz display, Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3/Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC
Xiaomi has launched its latest flagship tablets, the Xiaomi Pad 7 and Pad 7 Pro, at an event in China alongside the Xiaomi 15 series, as previously announced. Both tablets feature a 3K 11.2-inch 144Hz LCD anti-glare display with a Soft Light Edition that incorporates AG nano texture technology and AR optical coating. This combination reduces interference light by 99%, lowers reflectivity by 65%, and enhances eye protection, ensuring clarity even under bright light.
Additionally, the frosted texture and focus stylus create a paper-like experience, according to Xiaomi. The Pad 7 runs on the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 processor, while the Pad 7 Pro is equipped with the slightly faster Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC. Both devices showcase a unibody metal design, run on Xiaomi HyperOS 2, and support PC-level multitasking, PC-level WPS, CAJViewer, and compatibility with Apple’s office apps like Keynote and Pages. They also feature a global AI smart assistant.
The tablets come with a new floating keyboard that offers 0°-124° step-less adjustment, providing flexibility for various usage scenarios. The keyboard includes a 64-key adaptive backlight, and a mechanical touchpad, and is designed to be dirt-resistant, durable, and easy to clean.
