    Samsung Galaxy M16 5G, and Galaxy M06 5G launching in India Soon; Expected Dimensity 6300 SoC, 8GB RAM, Android 14

    Samsung Galaxy M16 5G and Galaxy M06 5G launch soon India teaser.

    Samsung has begun teasing the upcoming launch of its latest smartphones in the M series, the Galaxy M16 5G and Galaxy M06 5G in India, following the recent debut of the Galaxy A16 5G and Galaxy A06 5G. The Galaxy M06 5G, bearing the model number SM-M166P/DS, was recently spotted on Samsung India's support page and appeared in a Geekbench listing last month.

    The listing confirms that the device will feature a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC, 8GB of RAM, and run Android 14 with One UI 6. These specifications are similar to the Galaxy A16, which launched in October. While the teaser indicates a similar flash placement, the camera module design differs.

    The Galaxy M06 5G is expected to resemble the F06 model, featuring a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC, up to 6GB of RAM, and running Android 15 with One UI 7. Samsung is set to offer four generations of OS upgrades and four years of security updates for these devices.

    Both the Galaxy M16 5G and Galaxy M06 5G will be available for purchase on Amazon.in, as well as through the Samsung India online store and offline retail outlets.
