Vodafone brings 4G LTE services to Delhi & NCR
Vodafone has finally made its 4G network live in Delhi & NCR. The new 4G LTE network in Delhi NCR is based on the 1800 MHz FDD-LTE Band 3.
At present the company has made the services live in Gurgaon and the roll-out to the entire city will be made gradually. You can upgrade to a new 4G SIM card for free by visiting a nearby Vodafone store. Postpaid customers can also request a door step delivery of their 4G capable SIM card by just messaging 4GSIM to 199.
Moreover, you will also get 1GB free data with the upgrade. Then there are some other offers including Free TV, Movies and Music on Vodafone Play and unlimited music streaming on Vodafone Music.
Vodafone also announced plans to launch its 4G LTE services in Mumbai and Bengaluru by the end of March 2016. Moreover, they have already started rolling out 4G capable SIM cards to these regions. Including Delhi, Vodafone 4G services are now available in 4 regions, viz. Kerala, Karnataka, Kolkata, and Delhi NCR.
